Our God, our Jehovah Shalom, listens to every prayer with a heart full of boundless love. However, God does not always answer prayers with a ‘Yes.’ Sometimes, the answers that we longed for might not come as we hoped. Often, we grapple with God’s undesirable response when we are in the storms of life. Ironically, this is the period of time when God is most near to the broken-hearted and the weak, and when His peace is most ready to be found. So, let’s embark on this journey together, where we’ll learn that while our wishes may not always be granted as we wish, the peace of Jehovah Shalom can be our constant companion, leading us through the trials of life, with love and unwavering light.
